Remove the two spring clips securing the bypass pipe and pull
out the pipe.

the water manifolds and push the heat exchanger m backwards to
release it.

Fit the new heat exchanger and r
e-assemble in reverse order.
f)
Re-commission the heating and hot water systems. Refer to
section 5.

Disconnect the electrical lead fr
om the thermistor.

Unscr
ew the thermistor from the manifold.

Fit the new ther
mistor and re-assemble in reverse order.

Ensur
e that the copper washers are correctly fitted to provide a
sealed joint.

Re-commission the system. Refer to section 5.
