Place one plastic lever on each axle of the tilt mechanism.
The rounded edge of the levers should point to the
edge of the seat.
Place the telescopic cover over the gas spring as
shown in the picture.
This makes assembly easier and reduces possible
noises through movement.
When both levers are in the right position push
them tightly on the axles.
Grease the opening for the gas spring.
Now put the gas spring with the cover into the opening
of the tilt mechanism.
