Installation & Operation
1.
Place the anchor bolt assembly (three (3) anchor bolts
secured to the supplied cardboard template with nuts on
either side) over the conduit and secure for the concrete
pour. Ensure that the base of the concrete is elevated from
the surrounding area to keep the bollard from standing in
water.
2.
Pour concrete while ensuring that the template is as level
as possible. Allow the concrete to cure (see
Fig. 1
).
3.
Remove the four (4) set screws from the bottom of the
fixture and remove the base plate (see
Fig. 2
). Disconnect
the orange quick-connect between the terminal block and
the LED driver if necessary.
4.
Once the concrete is set, place the base plate onto the
anchor bolts and secure it with the supplied nuts and
washers (see
Fig. 3
).
5.
Connect the power supply wires from the conduit to the
terminal block according to the wiring diagram.
6.
Mount the fixture on the base, reconnect the orange
quick-connect if necessary, and secure it with the four (4)
set screws removed from the bottom of the fixture in step 3.
