14. Access Control
Parental lock
You can lock a channel this way:
Menu settings general settings access control lock/unlock channels
The actual channel list opens to the
right.
Move back and forth between channel
lists using the green and the blue
buttons.
Choose a channel and confirm to
activate the lock
using the button.
A locked channel can only be opened with a
PIN code
.

Maximum T-541 VA has a preset PIN Code which is 0000. You can choose your own code by entering other
digits. You will be asked to confirm your code by entering the digits once again:

Lock/Unlock Menu
You can lock your timers and menus like this:
Menu settings general settings access control lock/unlock menu
You deactivate the menu lock using the << and >> buttons.
Access to locked menus and settings will only be allowed after providing a PIN code.
