OPERATIONS
1. Place the scale on a stable surface.
2. Position yourself on the scale.
3.
The scale starts automatically and calibrates the weight. When it’s finished, the value
flashes and then shows for 6 seconds.
4. Use the button on the back of the scale to set measurement unit (kg, lb or st).
5. The scale turns off automatically when not used.
