LATCH: Lower Anchor
Belt with Base Install

Check the tightness of the install often to make
sure it has not loosened.
Review your compatible car seat instruction manual for
information about attaching the car seat to the base.
Extend Load Leg
•
Squeeze the buttons
on the load leg and
pull it down until it
meets the vehicle
floor.
•
Release the buttons.
•
Lift the front of the
base while holding
the load leg in place
as shown to lock it
into position.
•
It
must be
perpen-
dicular to the vehicle
floor.
Do not
use the load
leg if it does not reach
the fl oor of your vehicle.
Do not
use the load
leg on top of vehicle
storage compartments.
Review your vehicle
owner’s manual.
