period will be repaired with no charge to the
customer in 14 business days since the date the
defected product was delivered to the Maxcom

Poland. Under extraordinary circumstances the
repair might take up to 21 days. Shall the repair take
longer than 14 business days, the customer will be
notified.
3. Warranty coverage shall be automatically
extended by the number of days the product is being
repaired at the Maxcom authorized service.
4. Warranty repair is subject to providing the
Maxcom authorized service with the fully completed
warranty card, proof of purchase and description of
the defect.
5. Unauthorized repair including manipulation in
software by unauthorized persons voids the
warranty.
6.Warranty shall not cover:
a) mechanical, thermal, and chemical damage and
defects caused by such damage,
b) problems rising from using the product in
connection with equipment and accessories not
manufactured by Maxcom,
c) activities related to configuration and use of the
product as described in the User Manual,
d) damage and defects caused by:
- misuse and use in violation of the Manual,
