It is a network service. If your Service Provider offers such
service, configuration will be required.
Go to MENU and select the option: Settings->Call Settings-
>Call Waiting to check the availability status and select if you
want to activate this option.
If Call Waiting is enabled, and you are talking on the phone,
you will be notified about another incoming phone call by a
special another incoming phone alert. You can answer
another incoming phone call and suspend the first one.

ORWARDING
It is a network service. If your Service Provider offers such
service, configuration will be required. The User might direct
incoming calls to be forwarded directly to voicemail or another
number of his/her choice.
1. To set the option of Call Forwarding, go to MENU and go
to: Settings->Call Settings.->Call Forwarding.
2. Then select when you want to forward phone calls from
an available list:
1 All voice calls
(all incoming phone calls
are forwarded to a selected number),
2 If unavailable
(incoming calls are forwarded if the phone is switched off or
out of reception),
3 If
I don’t answer
(incoming phone calls
are forwarded if you don’t answer the phone)
4 If busy
(incoming phone calls are forwarded if you are currently
talking on the phone),
5 Forward all phone calls 6
Annul
all forwards.
3. Press
Enable
and enter the phone number you wish to
forward the phone call to in order to enable this option or
Disable
, to have this option disabled.
