REGISTERING TIME CARDS
Registering time cards is required before you use them with ER-2200PC.
You can register 50 time cards for the current period and/or the next period.
The card number and the period are printed on the registered time cards.
Operation
A
Press the “THIS PERIOD” or “NEXT PERIOD” key for 3 seconds. The buzzer beeps once
and the display turns to the “REGISTERING TIME CARD” MODE.
B
Press the or key to change the desired Card Number.
C
Insert a new time card. The Card Number and the Period are printed on the time card. The
displayed Card Number changes automatically to the next number.
When continuing to register, insert after card.
D
Press the “CANCEL” key to end registering time cards. The display will show the time and
date.
1. When the display turns to the “REGISTERING TIME
CARD” MODE, the number of following the last regis-
tered number is displayed automatically.
2. When the Card Number is blinking, the displayed
number has been already registered. In this case, if you
insert a new time card, the Card Number is printed with
a
＊
mark. This means that the card was reissued. Af-
ter that, you cannot use the old card with the same
Card Number and without the
＊
mark anymore.
