for your cooking needs. This unit features a fold out probe with thin tip for faster and more accurate
temperature. The 2-Way feature allows you to select Left hand or Right hand which rotates the LCD display 180
degrees for easiest viewing with either hand. Enjoy perfectly cooked food, each and every time!
