•
Attach the USB end of the charging cable into the wall charger
•
Attach the other end of the charging cable into the input port of the portable
charging case (PCC)
•
Plug the charging unit into the wall. The LCD indicator will turn blue and the
digital on the LCD will run into a dynamic state indicating that the charging is
starting. (The LCD indicator will keep being blue during the charging period)
•
When the PCC is fully charged, the LED indicator will turn green and
will remain green for about 5 minutes, and then go off together with the
LCD indicator
•
Recommended charging time: 2.5-3 hours.
CHARGING THE BATTERY VIA THE PCC
Standard Battery
•
Simply screw the battery in the corresponding charging hole in the PCC until it
sits firmly into place. Do not use any force while doing this.
•
Press the operating button and hold on for about 3 seconds. The battery LED
will blink about 5 times and the LED indicator will blink green about 16 times.
The LED indicator will turn red for about 5 seconds, and then go off, indicating
that the PCC is charging the battery.
•
When the battery is fully charged the LED indicator will turn green and will
stay green for about one minute and then go off.
•
To check if the battery is fully charged press the operating button. If the LED
indicator turns red this indicates that the battery is still charging, if it turns
green this indicates that charging has been completed.
Notice:
1
After the LED indicator blinked green about 16 times when you attempted to
charge the battery with PCC, if the LED indicator does not turn red, but turns
green and keeps being green for about 5 seconds, this indicates that the battery
has been fully charged and does not need charging.
2
Press the operating button; if the LED indicator blinks red 5 times and then goes
off, this indicates that the PCC is in need of charging.
Remarks:
There are intelligent microchips inside both the battery and PCC,
providing an automatic cut off function and overcharge protection.
CHARGING THE BATTERY VIA A USB
Gently unscrew the cartomiser by turning counter clock-wise. Once removed,
gently screw the battery onto the USB charger’s corresponding thread. Plug the
USB charger into either your PC, laptop or Maverick supplied wall plug. The battery
light should flash 5 times once a solid connection is made with the charger.
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN BATTERY INTO CHARGER
as it can ruin the charging unit.
The charger should turn from green to red, indicating the battery is charging. Once
the light on the charger turns green, your Electronic Cigarette battery is now ready
and fully charged. Charging must be within normal room temperatures.
BATTERY LED BLINKING NOTICE
When the battery LED blinks:
•
5 times:Indicates that the battery is well connected to the charger and that
charging is ready
•
7 times: Alerts that you have kept using the E-cigarette for over 12 seconds,
which means that the E-cigarette has been overused.
•
30 times: Indicates that the battery is in need of recharging.

•
Be sure to keep your battery threads and charger threads clean. This can be
done using a dry tissue. Cleaning your threads will provide a good connection
ensuring a proper charge and good vapour production. If your connections
are not clean the battery might not charge or vapour production might be
low.
