Command Format
(e.g.) To set the output voltage of Unit 1 to 1kV, write the following.
#1 VSET 1.0

(1) Enter the delimiter.

(2) There are commands requiring parameters.
(3) Commands inputted incorrectly are ignored.
(4) Set the unit number.

A command with
20 or more characters
including the delimiter is not accepted.
If lots of setting commands are transmitted in series, commands may not be accepted
due to the receive buffer overflowed.
In that case, add a wait between each command.

Multi-Command
When "AL" is specified as a unit number, the command is applied to all connected units.
Format ex.: 1) #AL VSET 1
Set the output voltage of all units to 1kV.
2) #AL OUT ON
Turn on the output of all units.
Remarks: Commands supporting Multi-command are VSET, OUT, REN, GTL, UNIT, and POL.
