THIS TOOL.
• Al ways op er ate, in spect and main tain this tool
in ac cor dance with Amer i can Na tion al Stan-
dards In sti tute Safe ty Code of Por ta ble Air Tools
(ANSI B186.1) and any oth er ap pli ca ble safe ty
codes and reg u la tions.
• For safety, top per for mance and max i mum
du ra bil i ty of parts, op er ate this tool at 90 psig
6.2 bar max air pres sure with 3/8" di am e ter
air sup ply hose.
• Always wear im pact-re sis tant eye
and face pro tec tion when op er at ing
or per form ing main te nance on this
tool. Al ways wear hear ing pro tec tion
when us ing this tool.
• High sound levels can cause
per ma nent hear ing loss. Use hear ing
pro tec tion as rec om mend ed by your
em ploy er or OSHA reg u la tion.
• Keep the tool in ef fi cient op er at ing con di tion.
• Operators and main te nance per son nel must be
phys i cal ly able to han dle the bulk, weight and
pow er of this tool.

Al ways check for dam aged, frayed or loose hos-
es and fit tings, and re place im me di ate ly. Do not
use quick de tach cou plings at tool. See in struc-

in use. Vi bra tion, re pet i tive mo tions
or un com fort able po si tions over
ex tend ed pe ri ods of time may be
harm ful to your hands and arms.
Dis con tin ue use of tool if dis com fort, tin gling
feel ing or pain oc curs. Seek med i cal ad vice
be fore re sum ing use.
• Place the tool on the work be fore start ing
the tool.
• Slip ping, tripping and/or falling
while op er at ing air tools can be
a ma jor cause of se ri ous in ju ry or
death. Be aware of ex cess hose left
on the walk ing or work sur face.
• Keep body work ing stance bal anced and firm.
Do not over reach when op er at ing the tool.
• Anticipate and be alert for sud den chang es in
mo tion dur ing start up and op er a tion of any
pow er tool.
• Do not carry tool by the hose. Pro tect the hose
from sharp ob jects and heat.
• Tool shaft may con tin ue to ro tate brief ly af ter
throt tle is re leased. Avoid di rect con tact with
ac ces so ries dur ing and af ter use. Gloves will
re duce the risk of cuts or burns.
• Keep away from ro tat ing end of
tool. Do not wear jew el ry or loose
cloth ing. Se cure long hair. Scalp ing
can oc cur if hair is not kept away
from tool and ac ces so ries. Chok ing
can oc cur if neck wear is not kept away from
tool and accessories.
• Do not lu bri cate tools with flam ma ble or vol a tile
liq uids such as ker o sene, die sel or jet fuel.
• Don’t force tool be yond its rat ed capacity.
• Do not remove any labels. Re place any
damaged la bels.
