The condition of the raw material to be processed is very important. MS Seeds was designed to work with most varieties and
is capable of processing large amounts. Even so, you must pay attention to the way of using the machine and the conditions
of the raw material.
The MS Seeds machine should be used only with dry cannabis; adding wet raw material will clog the sheller. All raw
materials that are not properly dry must not be processed.
Raw material conditions
Make sure that the upper hopper is properly closed.
It is essential to remove the largest and thickest stems before inserting them into the MS SEEDS machine. Although the
sheller can work with stems, these tend to accumulate in the separator, reducing the performance.

Preparation of the raw material

MS Seeds has a shelling mechanism that cannot be altered by the client. If the grill is cleaned it is essential to comply with
related safety regulations. The MS Seeds machine is delivered adjusted and ready to use.
Checks to be carried out before connecting

Check that MS Seeds is clean and ready to be used again and avoid obstructions.

Check that the cyclone tank is empty, otherwise empty it before use.

Place the silicone gasket (H) on the upper base of

Place the hopper (G) on top of the silicone gasket
(H) and secure it with the clips. Look carefully at
the shape of the hopper base (G) to insert it
correctly.
