3. Slide the leg support piece onto one end of the just completed roof piece. The correct
end should be labeled with a numbered sticker. Make sure it’s locked in and slid all the
way through. Insert a bracer at the corner and use two 1.5” hex screws to secure it. Do
this for the remaining 3 corners. This should complete the arbor. Remove all stickers if
need be.
6. To properly secure the arbor to the ground, use stakes that can be purchased at your local
hardware store or other 3

party source. Additionally, to increase the lifespan of the arbor, a
linseed oil or water proof polyurethane can be applied once every 3-4 years.
