BHGE

Mounting the SVI II ESD with NAMUR Kits

There are two versions of this kit:

20 and 30 mm

50 mm

20 and 30 mm Mounting

Tools required:

3 mm hex key

4 mm hex key

Refer to Figure 43 for this procedure.

To mount using this kit:

1. Attach the mounting bracket to the valve actuator using four (4) M5 x 0.8 x 10 flat-head

cap screws.

2. Place the indicator disk with metal insert over the valve actuator shaft and secure using

an M6 x 1.0 x 45 socket-head screw.

3. Place the Quarter Turn Mounting Plate into place sliding it through the anti-backlash

spring into the dowel pin at the end of the plate into the hex head screw installed in step 2.

4. Secure the plate to the bracket using four (4) flat head cap screws.
