1G-17 Fuel System: LPG

LPG Pressure Regulator Inspection

AENAR90A1706013

Shut-Off Valve
Resistance check

Measure resistance between terminals of shut-off valve 
(1). If resistance is out of reference value greatly, replace 
LPG pressure regulator.

Reference resistance of shut-off valve
8.0 – 10.0 

Ω

 at 20 °C (68 °F)

Operation check

Check that shut-off valve (1) actuate with click sound 
when battery voltage is conducted. If check result is not 
satisfactory, replace LPG pressure regulator filter.

Filter

Check LPG pressure regulator filter for evidence of dirt 
and contamination. If filter is faulty, replace LPG 
pressure regulator filter.

Removal

1) Relieve LPG pressure in LPG fuel feed line.

2) Remove Assembly Screw (1) with O-ring (2). 

Separate O-ring (2) from Assembly Screw (1).

3) Remove Filter Basin (3).
4) Remove Filter (6) with O-ring (5) and O-ring (7).
5) Remove Magnet (4) and O-ring (8)

6) Remove Bracket (9) and O-ring (10) from body 

housing.
