is turned on or not, the UPS will charge the batteries while protecting from
overcharging and over-discharging.
2)
Under normal conditions, the batteries have an expected lifespan of 2 to 5
years. The batteries should be replaced before the batteries no longer work
for optimal operation and reliability.
3)
Do not replace the battery individually. All batteries should be replaced at the
same time. Replacement batteries must be the same type and quantity as the
original to maintain performance and for safety.
4)
The UPS and EBB should be charged once every 3 months if it is in storage
to maintain the battery lifespan and avoid possible irreversible damage. The
charging time should be at least 10 hours.
5)
Environmental factors such as elevated ambient temperatures, high humidity,
poor quality mains power, UPS ventilation, and frequent discharges will
shorten battery life.
