between 2.5 and 11.3 kg (5.5-25lbs).

Keep one hand on baby at all times when
fastening shoulder straps and attaching buckles.

The baby must face toward you until she/he can
hold the head upright (about 3 to 5 months old).

Never use this carrier while driving, being a
passenger in a motor vehicle or during sporting activities.

Check for ripped seams, torn straps or fabric
and damaged hardware before each use.

Your balance may be adversely affected by
your movement and that of your child.

Be careful with nylon straps. Keep them away
from baby’s face & neck.

Never place more than one baby in the carrier
and do not carry a baby in backpack position.

This carrier is intended for use only by adults
while walking or standing.

Don’t overdress your baby. Remember your
body heat will keep them warm.

Never use this carrier while engaging in
activities such as cooking and cleaning which
involve a heat source or exposure to chemicals.
•
Never leave a baby in a carrier that is not being
worn, and never use/wear more than one
carrier at a time.
•
If using this carrier while breastfeeding, always
move the baby’s face away from the breast
after the baby is done feeding.
•
Never use this carrier when balance or mobility
is impaired because of exercise, drowsiness, or
medical conditions.

Ensure the infant’s face is above
the fabric, visible, and free from obstructions at all times.
•
Babies at greatest risk of suffocation include those born prematurely,
those with respiratory problems and those under four months of age.
•
Ensure the baby does not curl into a “C” position with the chin resting
on or near the chest. This position can interfere with breathing, even
if nothing is covering the nose or mouth.
•
Regularly make sure that your baby
is safe and secure. Adjust both
straps if needed (one at a time).
•
Follow recommended weight
range when using this carrier.
•
Leaning, bending over, or tripping
can cause baby to fall. Keep one
hand on baby while moving.
•
Often check baby is central and fabric
cross is spread out under their bottom.
•
Keep baby high up on your chest,
close enough to kiss.
•
Children can fall if legs do not pass
correctly inside each side of the
fabric cross at the front.
•
Never use this carrier for a preterm
infant without seeking the advice of
a healthcare professional.
