Troubleshooting
The sophisticated design of your MARS DRINKS brewer makes it unlikely that your
brewer will develop a fault. However, if you are having trouble using your brewer,
please refer to the table below for advice on how to resolve problems. If your
problem is not listed below, please contact Customer Service.
PROBLEM SOLUTION
The brewer does not operate.
Check that the plug is correctly
inserted in to the socket.
Check that the power button is on and
illuminated.
The DOOR diagnostic light is flashing. Check that the pack door is closed. If
it is open, slide the handle from right
to left to close the door. The DOOR
diagnostic light will flash until the
door is fully closed.
The PACK diagnostic light is flashing. This indicates that a pack inserted into
the brewer must be removed.
Remove the pack to continue using
the brewer.
The WATER diagnostic light is
flashing. Check the cold tank indicator level.
This indicates that it’s time to refill the
tank.
Refer to page 7 for instructions on
how to refill the cold tank.
None of the indicator lights are
illuminated. Check that the plug is correctly
inserted in to the socket.
Check that the power button has been
pressed and is illuminated.
The brewer is heating the water to the
optimum temperature for brewing;
this may take up to 60 seconds.
