Install the Upper top plate

Lift up the UPPER TOP PLATE (P) onto

the LOWER TOP PLATE (O).

Secure it with 3 bolts (U) bottom up through

the lower plate.

ATTENTION

The upper top plate is heavy, use support as needed.

At least two ladders are needed in this step.
