The version with a built-in Delta electronic
circuit offers:

Operation with AC power, Märklin Delta or
Digital.

Operating mode can be set manually.

5 Delta (15 digital) addresses can be set.
●
Headlights and interior lights on when the train is
in motion.
The version with a built-in digital, high-
efficiency propulsion offers:

Operation with AC power, Märklin Delta or
Digital.
●
Manually setting the operating mode.
The digital address is set to “03” ex works. In
order to operate this version with alternating
current, the settings at the switch groups on
the decoder must first be changed.
In this case, move all switches in both switch
groups to the “off” position.
Note: As a result, this train cannot switch from
one system area with a digital power supply to
another system area with conventional alternating
current.

80 digital (5 Delta) addresses can be set.
●
Maximum speed and acceleration / braking delay
can be changed (braking delay effective only with
Märklin Delta or Digital).
●
Headlights and interior lights on when the train is
in motion. They can also be turned off in
digital operation.
●
Additional long-distance headlights can be turned
on in digital operation with the 6021 Control-Unit.
Both versions of this train cannot be operated
with other makes of locomotive controllers
(DC power, pulse width control, other makes of
multi-train systems).
