Assembly
NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and Locknuts until machine is fully assembled.
Attach Arm Curl Pad (8) to Arm
Support (2) with two M10 x 25
Bolts (14).

Attach Seat Pad (7) to Seat Frame
(3) with two M10 Washers (13) and
two M10X70 Bolts(17).
Insert Arm Support (2) into Seat Frame
(3).Slide Plastic Sleeve (11) down onto
Seat Frame (3).
Use a Pop Pin (5) to select a proper
position and secure with both Pop Pin
(5) and Knob (12).
