NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and lock nuts until machine is fully assembled.
Assembly
STEP 1
Place the Left Upright (5) and the Right Upright (11) on the floor as illustrated. Make sure that the
brackets on the side of each upright should be facing each other.

Attach the Cross Bar (10) to the Uprights (5) (11), using rectangular Plates (8), M10 x 90 Bolts (A2)
and M10 Lock Nuts (C1).
Place the short pin on both ends of the Backrest Adjustment Tube (12) into a set of brackets
located on the uprights (5) (11).

Push the threaded end of each Safety Hook (1 and 43) through the small welded tube at at top of
Weight Supports (2) and secure using one Lock Nut M8 (C2).
Insert the Weight Storage Bars (7) into the holes in the braces in the back of each upright and
secure with M8 x 20 Bolts (A6) and M8 Washers (B2).
