On/Off switch
The ON/OFF Switch turns the power on and off to the
Applicator. After being switched on, the Applicator will go
through a self-testing procedure, which should complete within
4 seconds.
Base Unit and Adapter
The Applicator is recharged by the charging unit supplied with
the Applicator. Insert the Applicator into the Base Unit and then
plug the connector of the Adapter into the Base Unit. Then plug
the Adapter into a standard 110V AC electrical outlet.
Treatment Surface
Light is delivered to the skin through the Treatment Surface
when it is in contact with the skin. The Treatment Surface is made
of stainless steel. The inner cycle has nine LEDs and the outside
cycle has sixteen LEDs.
The skin contact sensors located around the Treatment Surface
detect when the entire Treatment Surface is in contact with the
skin. If there is direct contact, you will see a steady red LED light
from the treatment surface to let you know you may proceed
with the treatment. You do not need to press any activation
button, the skin contact sensors will automatically activate it.
