The VersaBay III Swapping utility may occasionally cause interference with DVD
playback. Remove the swapping utility to improve DVD performance. If you remove the
swapping utility, you lose the ability to swap your drives while the system is powered on.
To remove the VersaBay III Swapping utility, follow these instructions.
Go to Start, Programs, Agate Tioman, and click Uninstall.
When the process is complete, reboot your system before playing a DVD movie.
If, in the future, you want to swap drives while the system is powered on, you must reinstall
the VersaBay III Swapping utility.
My system will not suspend while playing a movie.
It may be necessary to modify a setting on the DVD-to-Go software.

Go to Start, Programs, and click Margi DVD Navigator.

Select the Advanced Options tab and ensure that the option, Deny Suspend/Resume
Request, is not checked.
If your system suspends while playing a DVD movie, it may be necessary to restart the
Margi DVD Navigator software.
When my system resumes from a suspend while playing a DVD movie, the video
portion of the movie is lost.
Close and restart the DVD-to-Go software.
I am unable to eject the DVD disc using the DVD drive’s eject button.
The DVD drive is locked while a movie is playing. Use the DVD-to-Go software to do
one of the following:
Use the software’s eject button.
Note
If you use the software’s eject button and manually reinsert the DVD, exit and then
restart the DVD-to-Go software.
Modify the option, Deny DVD hardware eject, under the Advanced Options tab.
