ME6 IR Dome Configuration Guide

Reverting the Configuration to Factory Defaults

The

Factory Default

sub-menu allows you to reset the camera configurations to factory

defaults.

Note:

This operation deletes the current camera configurations. It is recommended that

you export the current configuration before reverting the camera configurations to
factory defaults. For more information, see “Exporting and Importing Configuration
Settings” on page 41.

To revert the camera configuration to factory defaults

1 On the

System Settings

page, click the

Factory Default

tile.

The

Factory Default

sub-menu appears.

2 Select the desired option:

•

To restart the camera, click

Reboot

•

To revert the camera configuration to factory defaults, click

Full Restore

The camera automatically restarts. Use the Discovery Browser tool to search for
the camera’s new IP address.

•

To revert the camera configuration to factory defaults while keeping the current
network settings, click

Partial Restore

The camera automatically restarts.
