Troubleshooting
You can solve many common problems easily, saving you the cost of a possible service call. Try the
suggestions below to see if you can solve the problem before calling the service technician.

•Fogging on interior glass is normal since when opening the interior is cooler than
the room temperature.
•If sweating on exterior glass, the ambient temperature and/or humidity is too
high. Please relocate to a better temperature-controlled environment (15°C-25°C and
maximun 70% humidity)
• The appliance is not level.
• Check if the fan is in good condition.
The appliance is not cold enough
Vibrating or rattling.
