Tuner command
Tuner command data is below.
They are used in 11 bytes included ID number of controlled device and check sum data.
Parameters that is shown as 'xxh' in the table and return data of each command are specified in the
explanation under the table.

Parameter
*1: There are two selection of band that are terrestrial broadcast and satellite.
30h: terrestrial broadcast(also, cable TV), 40h: broadcast satellite
*2: 'Real channel' means channel that is not a number displayed but a real number.
Some device for a part of region is available to use 'Preset channel select command' only.

*2-1: channel number = (7th) x 100 + (8th)
*3: Preset channenl means the channel number that is set by owner.
There is a case that these numbers are already set in factory.
