Solutions to Common problems
Ask: My device cannot give out voice, what should I do ?
Answer: If the device fails to give out voice, don’t worry. Please check the
following items
(1) Whether the microphone is inserted in the right position.
(2) Whether the power knob is in the “on” position.
(3) Whether the power of the battery has run out.
(4) If the above methods still can’t solve the problem, please contact
our company or local distributor.
Ask: Why does the device give out screaming noise?
Answer: In order to avoid screaming noise, please notice the following items:
(1) Wearing the microphone correctly, and keep it at least 0.3 meter
away from the voice amplifier.
(2) Adjust the volume to an appropriate level, the screaming noise
appears while the volume is at high level or the microphone and vo-
ice amplifier is kept in a relatively close position
Ask: What is the working life of the battery? Can it be replaced?
Ask: What to do if the FM radio failed to receive radio programs?
Answer: Please make sure whether the area is covered by FM radio signal or
not; or whether you have automatically searched the radio stations
or not, or the antenna is fully pulled out.
