Before using electric power-tools, please read and
understand the attached safety-instructions!
The Delta-Sander is used for grinding jobs of different
materials, especially at corners or edges.
Additional safety-hints for Delta-Sanders:
•
Be sure to wear a dust-mask during all grind-
ing jobs.
•
Be sure the machine is switched off, before con-
necting to the power-outlet.
•
Remove all nails, screws or other metal-parts from
the surface of your workpiece, in order to prevent
damages of the sanding-paper or the velcro-plate.
•
Do not try to work on extremely small workpieces.
•
Protect your workpiece against slipping. Probably
you have to use clamps, to fix your workpiece.
•
Do not start sanding, before the machine has
reached its maximum speed.
•
Do not touch moving parts of the machine by your
hands during your work.
•
Do not stop the machine by pressing the sanding-
plate, after having switched-off the machine
.
•
Be sure, that the machine has come to a comple-
te stop, before laying-down.
•
Attention! The Delta-Sander must not be used
for wet grinding jobs!

Be sure to wear dust-mask and ear-protection

Recommended nominal operating time: approx. 20
minutes under permanent load.
Rest after permanent operation: approx. 5-10 minu-
tes.
Changing the sanding-paper
•
Do not use damages and worn-out sanding-paper.
•
Always disconnect the machine from the power-
supply, before changing the sanding-paper.
•
Remove the worn-out sanding-paper from the
velcro-plate. When mounting a new sanding-
paper, let the holes in the sanding-paper fit with
the holes in the velcro-plate.
•
Always clean the velcro-plate, when changing the
sanding-paper.
•
Due to the triangular shape of the sanding-paper
and the construction of the sanding-plate, the
machine is suitable for jobs at hard-to-reach
places, e.g. edges, angles etc., which can only be
reached with the tip or the edge of the sanding-
paper.
•
Whenever one tip or edge of the sanding-paper is
worn-out, just remove, turn by 120° and fix again
on the velcro-plate, as described above.
