General safety-instructions
IMPORTANT!
When using electric power-tools, the
following safety-instructions have to be observed to prevent
the risk of electric shock, personal injury and fire.
Please read and observe these instructions carefully before
using the tool.

Keep your working-area clean.
Cluttered areas and work-benches invite injuries.
•
Consider work-area environment
.
Do not expose power-tools to rain. Do not use power-
tools in damp or wet locations. Keep your work-area
well lit.
Do not use power-tools near flammable liquids or gas.
•
Protect against electric shock
.
Prevent body contact with grounded surfaces (e.g.
pipes, radiators, refrigerators etc.)
In case of working at high humidity or other extreme
circumstances, the electric safety can be reached by
using an additional safety-fuse.
•
Keep children away
.
Do not let visitors touch or contact the tool or
extension-cord. All visitors should be kept away from
your working-area.
•
Store idle tools
When not in use, your power-tools should be stored in
a dry and locked-up place out of the reach of children.
•
Do not force tools
.
Your power-tool will do a better job and operate more
safely at the rate of which it was intended.
•
Use the right tool
.
Do not force small tools or attachments to do the job of
a heavy-duty tool.
Do not use tools for other than their intended purpose,
for example a circular saw must not be used for cutting
trees or branches.
•
Be sure to wear sufficient clothes
.
Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. They can be
caught by moving parts of the machine.
Working-gloves and non-skid footwear are
recommended when working outdoors.
Wear protective hair-covering to contain long hair.
•
Be sure to wear safety-glasses
.
Also use a dust-mask during pulverulent operations
and wear ear-protection. The indicated noise-level may
be exceeded depending on the working environment
and the material to be treated.
•
Do not abuse power-cord
.
Never carry your tool by the power-cord or use the
cord to disconnect the plug from the outlet.
Keep the cord away from heat, oil, grease and sharp
edges.
•
Secure the workpiece.
Always use clamps or vices to fix the work-piece.
It is held safer than by your hands and enables the
user to operate the tool with both hands.
•
Do not overreach
.
Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
•
Maintain your tools with care
.
Keep your tool sharp and clean for better and safer
performance.
Follow instructions for lubricating and changing
accessories.
Inspect power-cord periodically and, if damaged, have
them repaired by an authorized service-facility.
Inspect extension-cord periodically and replace, if
damaged.
Keep handles clean, dry and free from grease and oil.

Disconnect your tool.
When not in use, before servicing and before changing
accessories such as blades, drills etc. the tool must be
disconnected from the outlet.

Remove adjusting keys and wrenches
.
Be sure to remove any adjusting key or wrench from
the power-tool, before starting your job.
•
Avoid unintentional starting
.
Do not carry plugged-in power-tool with your finger on
the switch.
Be sure that the tool is switched-off before plugging in.
•
Outdoor use extension cord
When your tool is used outdoors, be sure to use
adequate extension-cord intended for outdoors-use
and marked accordingly.
•
Stay alert
.
Always watch your job carefully and use common
sense.
Do not use your tool, when you are tired or without
concentration
•
Check damaged parts.
Before further use of the power-tool, any guard or
other part, which is damaged should be carefully
checked to determine, that it will operate properly and
performs its intended function.
Check for alignment of moving parts, breakage of
parts, mounting and any other conditions, that may
effect its operation.
Any part, which is damaged, should be properly
repaired or replaced by an authorized service-center
unless otherwise indicated elsewhere in the
instruction-manual.
Do not use any power-tool, if the switch does not work.

The use of any other accessories or attachments than
recommended in the instruction-manual may cause a
risk of personal injury

Repair of tools.
This electric power-tool is manufactured in accordance
with the relevant safety-rules.
Repair of electric appliance must only be carried out by
experts or authorized people.
Otherwise any repair may cause considerable danger
for the user.
