Guarantee provisions
The product warranty will not apply
in the following cases:
1. Incorrectly fi lled or counterfeit certifi cates of guarantee; damaged or removed
serial numbers (if provided for the specifi c product).
2. Lack of fi nancial and business documents (receipt sales, proof of purchase),
which establish that the sale took place.
3. The opening up or repair of the product by the buyer or a non-authorized
service centre.
4. Damage caused by failure of buyer to properly observe the corresponding
technical documentation and guidelines for the use, storage and transport
of the product, in which case it must be determined which parts of the
documentation were not observed.
5. The presence of foreign object or liquids in the inside of the product.
6. Internal or external mechanical damage to the product (cracks, signs of a fall,
banged-up parts, etc.), caused by improper use, installation or transportation.
7. Worn-out parts or accessories (electrode shell damage, elastic bands);
externally caused defects (obvious dirtiness inside and out, traces of
corrosion).
8. Damage due to causes outside of the control of the manufacturer, such as
voltage fl uctuations in the power supply, or natural phenomena/disasters, fi re,
behaviour of animals, insects, etc.
9. Complaints about defects found by buyer, which are submitted after the
expiration of the warranty or of any other statutorily established time for
providing notice of defects.
10. Use of the product by buyer not for personal purposes (domestic use), but
for business purposes to earn a profi t.
