IMPORTANT
Why is there no notification after connection?
Android users:
Make sure the band is connected
with the phone. Open privileges on your phone and
allow it to access incoming calls, messages and
contacts in the settings when running in the
background. If any additional security APP is
installed, add Yoho Sports to trust list.
iOS users:
No notification even when the phone is
connected. Please reboot the phone and connect
again. Then click Pair after Bluetooth pairing
request.

Please connect the band to sync the data.
•
When you need to charge the band, remove
wrist strap and insert the charging interfaces
end into the USB of the charging device.
•
Don’t expose the band to high moisture or
extremely high or low temperature.
•
When band crashes, check that phones
memory is sufficient and close the service or
restart your phone and try again.
WARRANTY
The warranty is valid for 12 months, and you can
apply it to the seller (us), through the contact
details listed in bottom right corner, to submit a
warranty claim, send the number and the date of
the purchase.
