INTRODUCTION

Welcome  to  the  world  of 

Manhattan

digital  satellite  receivers.  Please  read  this  manual 

and the following general safety requirements carefully before installing your STB.

The 

Plaza  XT

is  a  high  performance  digital  satellite  receiver,  supporting  many  different 

requirements  of  broadcast  standards  worldwide.  This  STB  includes  the  best  possible 
features as well as 

Blind  Search

together with the most up-to-date electronics hardware 

and easy to use on-screen menu. 

GENERAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

1.

WARNING: 

Do not install this equipment in a confined space such as a bookcase 

or similar unit. Covering the ventilation openings with items such as newspapers, 
tablecloths, curtains etc should not impede the ventilation.

2.

WARNING: 

To  reduce  the  risk  of  fire  or  electric  shock,  do  not  expose  this 

apparatus to rain or moisture. The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or 
splashing  and  that  no  objects  filled  with  liquids,  such  as  vases,  are  placed  on 
apparatus.

WARNING: 

The mains plug is used as disconnect device,  the  disconnect  device 

shall remain readily operable.

Correct  disposal  of  this  product:

This  marking  indicates  that  this  product 

should  not  be  disposed  with  other  household  wastes  throughout  the EU.  To 
prevent  possible  harm  to  the  environment  or  human  health  from  uncontrolled
