tractor's top link (turnbuckle), while for transverse levelling, use the crank on the tractor's
right-hand suspension.
4.3.2.
Working depth adjustment
The working depth is adjusted by changing the height of the roller in relation to the
cultivator frame using the tractor's hydraulic lift and pins with stabilising plates inserted
into pre-drilled plates fixed on the frame (Fig. 8). It is also possible to change the distance
of the shaft from the cultivator frame (screw in Fig. 8). Note that too little distance
between the tines and the plates can cause clogging with plant residues.
Fig. 8 Adjusting the depth and distance of the tubular shaft.
An optional version of the cultivator with mechanical adjustment of the working depth
using turnbuckles (fig. 9) and a version with hydraulic adjustment of the working depth
(fig. 10) are available. In this case, the arms of the working shaft are adjusted by hydraulic
cylinders.
