A: That will depend upon how polluted the air quality is in your home and how often the air
purifier is being used. In general, the lifetime of the filters is approximately six months to a
year. If you do feel that the air purifier is not generating a noticeable fresh air, it probably
means that it is time to replace the filters and UV lamp.
Q: The filter and UV lamp don’t appear to be dirty; do I really need to
replace them?
A: Yes. The pre-filter is meant to trap most of the noticeable dirt. However, overtime the
UV lamp will become 40% dimmer, the ozone plate will decompose, and the filters will
breakdown. Most of this will happen on a non-visual scale so it is important to replace the
filters and UV lamp on a regular basis.
Q: I have asthma and allergies, will the purifier help get rid of the
dusts and other pollutants at home?

A: Mammoth Air xC is designed to purify an area of up to 3,500sq.ft with the use of ozone.
However, for passive filtration via filters, this model is design for a single room space.
