Tool changes
Attention!
Place the clockwise/counter-clockwise rotation reversing switch (5) in the cen-
tre position during all work (e.g. tool change, servicing etc.).
•
The battery-powered drill/driver is equipped with a keyless drill chuck (1) with an au-
tomatic locking device.
•
Screw the drill chuck (1) upwards. The drill chuck opening must be large enough to
accommodate the tool (drill or screwdriver bit).
•
Select the appropriate tool. Slide the tool into the drill chuck opening as far as possible.
•
fasten the drill chuck (1) and then make sure that it is seated firmly.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Overload
Never use excessive force while drilling. Too much pressure reduces the speed of the de-
vice, but the required power increases greatly. This leads to an overload, which can dam-
age the motor. If the machine becomes too hot, then let it run for 2 minutes without any
load and then pause for a while.
Cleaning
Attention! Remove the battery before all cleaning and maintenance.
Clean the machine with a clean cloth and a brush. Do not use solvents. Make sure that
the ventilation slits are not blocked!
