Required documents for warranty claims
Warranty is only valid for all of our products once the original invoice,
or the copy of the original invoice of the purchase is presented by our
customer. Our company accepts scanned image or pdf versions of the
invoice sent by e-mail.

Addressing a warranty claim
Warranty claims must be addressed within the warranty period.
The warranty starts on the date of the first purchase according to
the original invoice. We reserve the right to refuse the warranty claim
if the proof of purchase is missing or incomplete.
4.
Exclusions of warranty
Warranty claims are refused in the event of damage caused by:

abusive or improper treatment,
•
environmental influences (heat, overvoltage, dust etc.),
•
abusing the safety precautions applicable to the device,
•
damage caused by improper use of the product neglecting the
operating instructions
•
damage caused by external force (e.g. blow, push, fall),
•
interventions that were not carried out by our service, or a service
authorized by our company
•
unauthorized repair attempts,
•
changes made to the item
•
damage due to improper packaging that is not safe for transportation
(excluding the first transportation of the product which is organized
by our company, please read instructions above for damages caused
by courier when completing the order)
