2)-5. Remove Wheel together with Dust cover from Feeder box by levering up with a Phillips screwdriver inserted into
the through hole of Dust cover. (Fig. 7)
2)-6. Remove Spur gear 16 and Pin 6. Then remove Sleeve 5 by levering up with a Phillips screwdriver inserted in the
through hole of Sleeve 5. (Fig. 8)

ASSEMBLY
When assembling Wheel to Feeder box, engage the tooth of Wheel with the concave portion of Spur gear 16. (Fig. 9)
See Fig. 10. Assemble Dust cover to Feeder box so that the protrusion on each end of Dust cover fits in the concave
portion of Feeder box.
Important: Be sure that Dust cover is securely fit in the concave portion indicated by the gray arrow.
1. Notes to Remember When Assembling Feeder Box Section
Do the reverse of the disassembling steps. Remember the following notes.
Assemble Torsion spring 4 to Stopper as illustrated in Fig. 11.
Then install the assembly of Stopper on Feeder box so that:
1. The top of Stopper is engaged with the concave portion of Spur gear 16.
2. The free end of Torsion spring 4 is placed on the inside rear wall of Feeder box.

After putting Ratchet arm complete in place, make sure that Wheel rotates smooth by turning Ratchet arm complete.
Never apply grease, lubricant or anti-rust oil to the inside parts of Feeder box section or dust and debris will stick to
them to cause malfunction in the feeding mechanism.
