GARANTİ
ŞARTLARI
1. Firmamızın üretimi olan fritözlerin garanti süresi;
imalat hatalarına karşı 2 (İKİ) yıl, Digital EPLC panel ve
rezistansların garanti süreleri 6 (ALTI) aydır.
2. Garanti süresi, cihazın teslim tarihinden itibaren
başlar.
3. Cihaz normal kullanım sırasında arızalanırsa, satın
aldığınız tarihten itibaren 2 (İKİ) yıllık süre içerisinde
ücretsiz olarak (garanti kapsamında) onarılacaktır.
4. Cihazın tamir süresi en fazla 30 (OTUZ) iş günüdür. Bu
süre cihazın servis için teslim edildiği tarihten
itibaren başlar.
5. Cihazların bakım ve onarımı firmamızda yapılır.
Nakliye masrafları müşteriye aittir.
6. Yerinde servislerde, servis personelinin ulaşım,
konaklama giderleri müşteriye aittir. Yolda geçen
mesai süresi bedeli, servis ücretine eklenerek
tahsilatı peşin yapılır.
7. Cihazın şebeke geriliminden dolayı gücünün üstünde
yüklenecek enerji (elektrik) yüklerinden dolayı
oluşacak hasarlar (kontaktör, pako şalter, solenoid
valf, bobin, eplc digital kontrol paneli vb..) garanti
kapsamı dışındadır.
8. Cihazda kullanılan TSE' li veya CE'li parçalar üreten
firmanın garantisi altındadır.
9. Cihazda nakliye esnasında meydana gelebilecek
hasarlar garanti kapsamı dışındadır. Müşteri isterse
nakliye sigortası yaptırabilir.
10. Cihazın kullanma kılavuzunda yer alan hususlara
aykırı kullanılmasından kaynaklanan arızalar garanti
kapsamı
dışındadır.

paslanmalardan dolayı cihazda ve özellikle elektriksel
aksamlarda oluşacak hasarlar garanti kapsamı
dışındadır.
12. Doğal afetler neticesinde ortaya çıkacak force majör
durumlardan dolayı cihaz arıza ve hasarlar garanti
kapsamı dışındadır.
13. İhtilaf vukuunda İzmir Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri
yetkilidir..
TERMS OF PRODUCT WARRANTY
1. The warranty period of our pressure fryers is 2(two) year
against the manufacturing defects. And the warranty period
for the element and digital EPLC panel are 6(six) months.
2. The warranty period starts from the delivery date of the
device.
3. If the device fails during normal use, device will be repaired
free of charge within two year period from the date you
purchased.
4. Maximum time for repairing is 30 days.
This period starts from the date the equipment is delivered to
the service.
5. Maintenance and repairing of the equipment will be made in
our company. Transport costs charged to the customer.
6. By on-place services, transportation of the technical personel
and accommodation costs belongs to the customer.
Any other cost during the service will be charged to the
customer at the place.
7. Damage due to energy bads to be loaded on the power supply
due to the main voltage of the devices (such as contactor,
selector switch, solenoid valves, coil, eplc digital control panel
etc...) are not covered by the guarantee.
8. TSE or CE certified parts are covered under the manufacturer's
warranty.
9. Damage occurring during transport device is outside the scope
of the warranty.
The customer pays for transportation and insurance.
10. Defects resulting from unusual use of the fryer in
the user’s manual are not covered by the warranty.
11. Operation of the fryer in acidic and humid enviroments and
damage to be appliance (especially to electrical companents)
due to rusting is not covered by the warranty.
12. Due to force majeure events occurring in the event of natural
disasters, device malfunctions and damage are not covered by
the warranty.
13. Izmir courts and executive offices are authorized in case of
dispute.
