STEP 4: CHECK THE CONTINUITY B/W EMS RELAY AND EMS ECU

Check continuity between

Make sure ground 
connections and battery 
terminals are clean.  

Check the wiring for any 
discontinuity/short to ground.

Check continuity between

1, C78C:6-C4:06 
2, C78C:6-C4:04 and
