Remove all tools and unused parts from accessory

before operating.

Proper servicing and adjustments are the key to long

life of any accessory. With careful inspection and

routine maintenance you can avoid costly repairs and

delays.

Check all the bolts after using the unit for a few hours

to be sure they are tight. Replace worn, damaged, or

illegible safety labels by obtaining new labels from

your dealer.

The parts on your Box Scraper have been specifically

designed and should only be replaced by genuine

manufacturer’s parts.

Do not alter the scraper in any way that will affect its

SHANK TIPS

Shank tips are removable by heating them in the

with a blunt punch.

New shank tips need to be dimpled with a punch after

they have been installed.

STORAGE

Clean, inspect, service and make necessary repairs

to the Box Scraper when parking it for long periods

and when parking it at end of working season. This

you need it.

Clean off any dirt that may have accumulated on the

scraper and cutting blade. Scrape off compacted dirt

and thoroughly rinse with a garden hose.

GRADER BLADES

The front and rear grader blades have two cutting

edges. Replace grader blades when both edges are

worn out.

Unbolt grader blade and turn it over when its bottom
