Make sure you have administrative rights to make changes to the system being used. You will need to go
to ‘System Preferences > Security & Privacy’ and under the ‘General’ heading you will need to change
‘Allow apps downloaded from:’, ‘Mac App Store and identified developers’ to ‘Anywhere’ in order to
initiate installation.
Step II: Installation
Using the included program files, you will need navigate to the directory for the USB drive and open the
‘LTFS_2.2.1_Mac_OEM.dmg’ file.
A desktop icon will appear named ‘LTFS Mac Installer’. You will need to open up the installer, and install
both of the dependencies. Install the ‘ICUFramework.pkg’ file, then you’ll need to install the ‘osxfuse-
2.7.5.dmg’ file. Finally, you’ll need to install the ‘LTFS for Mac’ file. Once this is complete, you can find
the LTFS Manager in the ‘Go > Applications’ folder.
