TROUBLE

REASON

REMEDY

Contact your authorized technical service.

Machine does not work.

Contact your authorized technical service.

Wire feeder doesn’t work. Torch
doesn’t perform the triggering.

Wire feeder works but wire is
not fed.

The drive roll is not appropriate
for the wire diameter.

Pressure on rolls is not enough.

Select the appropriate drive roll.

Adjust the pressure as explained in
the Section 3.3.

Contact tip size is wrong or it is
worn out.

Pressure on rolls is not enough.

CO heater fuse is blown out
