Tighten it by turning the Knob clockwise as illustrated below: 

 

 

 

Mounting: 

 

Mount the Charger into your vehicle as follows:

Tear off the protective film on the Plastic Cover then stick it onto the desired 

location as illustrated below:

Remove the protection film from the bottom of the Suction Cup.
