Licensing Agreement
This product is to be used solely with the Microsoft ® WebTV Network TM Service, a subscription
based Internet service operated by WebTV Networks, Inc. (WNI). Access to and use of the
WebTV Network Service is subject to your agreement to WNI’s Terms of Service.
This product contains software owned by WNI. You are granted a license to use the WNI soft-
ware for your own use solely in conjunction with this product. You agree that you will not
modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the WNI software or use it to connect to
any Internet service other than to the WebTV Network Service. The WNI software is provid-
ed to you “as is” without any condition or warranty whatsoever. WNI shall not be liable for
any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or other damages. This product is not to be
exported outside of the U.S.A. and Canada.
As described more fully in WNI’s Terms of Service, you are responsible for all telephone
charges incurred when connecting to the WebTV Network Service. Although access to the
WebTV Network Service is available via a local call in most areas, long distance or other
charges may apply. Contact your telephone company to determine the applicable charges.
Microsoft, WebTV, WebTV Network, and the WebTV logo are either registered trademarks
or trademarks of Microsoft Corporation in the United States and/or other countries.
