Safety
− Battery Disposal: Old or discharged batteries must be
properly disposed of and recycled in compliance with all
applicable laws. For detailed information, contact your
local solid waste authority.
− Follow the battery manufacturer’s safety, usage, and
disposal instructions.
− Ensure that children do not push objects into the DAB+
Radio.
− When not using or cleaning the DAB+ Radio or in case of
a fault, always switch off the DAB+ Radio and pull mains
connecter out of socket.
WARNING!
Hazard or children and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental abilities (such as partially disabled,
older persons with limited physical and mental abilities)
or lack of experience and know-how (such as older
children).
− This DAB+ Radio must not be used by persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of
experience or know how, unless they are supervised or
have been instructed on how to safely use the DAB+ Radio
and understand the hazards associated with it. Children
may not play with the DAB+ Radio. The camera may not be
cleaned or maintained by children.
− Keep children under the age of eight away from the DAB+
Radio and the mains cable.
− Do not leave the DAB+ Radio unintended during operation.
− Keep packaging foil away from children. They could get
caught in it during play and could suffocate.
− When installing and assembling the DAB+ Radio ensure that
a 10 cm gap is maintained on all sides in order to provide
