Preparing the quadrocopter

Inserting the batteries in the remote 

control

To insert batteries

 into the remote control

, first open 

the remote control

. The battery compartment is located 

on the back of the remote control

 . Now open the battery 

compartment cover by first unscrewing the screw with the 

screwdriver

, then pulling the clamp on the top slightly 

inwards and then lifting off the cover.
First remove any existing batteries from the battery 

compartment. Insert 3 fully charged batteries

. When 

inserting batteries

 make sure they have the correct 

polarity, which is marked for each battery in the battery 

compartment

Close battery compartment

 again with protective cover.
