The Power Up 3.0 carries a 90-Day Limited Accessory Warranty . This device is
covered regarding any manufacture defects or functional issues within the first 90
days of purchase. This Accessory Warranty does not cover items that are: lost, stolen,
confiscated, willfully destroyed or intentionally damaged. For Warranty Service,
